The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is a youth development and national integration programme established to foster national unity, promote patriotism, and equip young Nigerians with the experience, skills, and values needed to contribute meaningfully to national development. Through service, community development, leadership, and cross-cultural interaction, NYSC connects young graduates with communities across Nigeria while encouraging a strong spirit of citizenship and nation-building.
